Ted Danson's The overall show was terrific. I especially liked the way they dealt with Adolf Hitler's attempt to hijack Atlantis for evil ends.

In order to appreciate what an earth crust displacement actually is we need to see a cross section of the planet.
In this cross-section the crust (or lithosphere) rests upon a mobile layer known to science as the asthenosphere. Notice that the continents AND the ocean basins are part of the crust. An earth crust displacement is a movement of the entire crust as a single unit over the inner layers of our planet.
This theory was endorsed by Albert Einstein.
